Commissions Terms of Service:
- I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.- Payment must be sent through Paypal as “goods and services” before I start working on your commission.- I have the right to refund your commission.- I have the right to post the finished artwork.- Refunds cannot be requested after I have started working on your piece unless no progress has been made within two months.- Sketch, line art, coloring, and shading work in progress pictures will be sent as I complete your piece.
Art Terms of Service:- Credit me always.- Don’t re-upload my art anywhere without crediting my instagram/ toyhou.se/Twitter account(s).- Don't sell my art as NFTs.- Don’t trace, steal, or take heavy inspiration from my work.- Don't use my art for commercial use without my permission.- Do not upload my art in ai art generator websites.
Design Terms of Service:- Don’t resell for more than what you bought it unless it has extra art. Gifted artwork does not count towards a design’s value.- Don’t trade my designs if you received them as a gift unless they have extra artwork that you got during the time you owned them. Gifted artwork does not count.- Don’t gift, sell, or trade my designs to people I have on my Blacklist.- A Design loses all value after being gifted/traded. If you try to sell it you will be given a warning first but if I’m ignored or it happens again I will blacklist you.- Feel free to redesign but make it recognizable to the original concept.- Don’t steal or take credit.- Don’t color pick or heavily reference my designs.- Don't use my designs as NFTs.- All redesigns must be kept with the original design. This means you are not allowed to sell/trade/gift a redesign separately from the original or vice versa.
